Genvex Standard appliances are very efficient. However, even higher efficiencies are achieved using heat pump technology from the Genvex Enhanced range.
The heat pump functions like a refrigerator, but in reverse. A fridge extracts heat from food, whilst the heat pump extracts heating energy from warm exhaust air to heat incoming fresh air.
A heat exchange of up to 75%, added to the energy from the heat pump, ensures the highest levels of comfort and energy efficiency with the Genvex Enhanced VPC appliances. 1kW of electrical input will give you up to 5kW of heat energy. The energy consumption of the compressor and fan is only about 720W.
The mechanism within the Genvex heat pump can also be reversed, so that it can cool and dehumidify the supply air, so you can enjoy the comfort of pleasant cooling in your home during the summer months.
In a well insulated home, Genvex Enhanced appliances can be your primary heating system. A heat-loss calculation will determine your heating loads - please ask us for more details.

Modern highly insulated homes cannot breathe. Dust and a high level of humidity create the best conditions for house dust mites, as well as dampstained
walls and misted windows due to condensation. A poor indoor climate is also a problem for many asthmatics and allergy sufferers.

• Recovers up to 95% of the heat from the exhaust air
• No more condensation on windows
• Provides protection against dry rot and mould fungus
• Reduces the risk of asthma and allergies
• Reduces the concentration of organic solvents from furniture
• Reduces radon emission from the subsoil
• Reduces the incidence of house dust mites
• Fewer inconveniences from traffic noise as windows can remain closed
• Energy conserving system |
